This 3 bay garage with room above is a sling brace frame type. The ground floor is split so there is one secure garage bay with extra depth and a seperate 2 bay area also secured with garage doors. The first floor is reached by an oak external staircase and through a half glazed single door, there is a 2 light dormer window in the front and a rooflight in the left hand side of the front projection.
