The Winchester Compound is a modular construction cycle hub that can be adapted to fit any space. Due to it's easy build design, manufacturing lead times and on site installation time in minimised.

The compound requires minimal groundworks and has an array of extras that can be added on to suit your requirements. We can add lighting systems, gutters, mix and match cladding, a variety of door and locking styles, access control systems and more.

The compound requires a flat and level concrete surface to be bolted down on to or can have individual concrete pads laid for each of the legs to reduce the groundworks. Average installation time for a compound is just 5 days!

The Winchester compound can come with a variety of different cladding types and finishes;
