These are the colour-change, wall-mounted LED lights to illuminate the details that count. You can swivel the head and tilt it through 90 to direct the 3W beam towards any object that takes your fancy.
With an IP65 rating, they're suitable for indoor or outdoor use. You could use one to light a doorway, the underside of a covered walkway, or the ground on which visitors walk. Or you could just point it a statue, a favourite shrub, or a telling architectural detail. If you have something that's worth bathing in colour, this is the light to do it.
