CGL Texcoat Extrusions

Texcoat is CGL Facades range of Extrusions for your building. Extrusions can bring shapes and profiles to your facades that a folded panel or other materials cannot. The Texcoat range is designed so that the connection method for each extrusion is the same. This allows more than one profile to be used on your project. We can have flat interlocking extrusions with a periodic protruding extrusion to bring life to your fa ade. As part of the range we have developed corner extrusions and starter extrusions to heighten the visual appearance of the range on the wall when complete.

The Texcoat extrusions are simple and fast to install with standard lengths at 6000mm which greatly reduces site build time. CGL Facades will supply and install a suitable sub grid for the extrusions typically a helping hand and rail system and each extrusion is fixed back to the sub grid. Each fixing is hidden due to the connection method making the system secret fixed which is every architects dream. Each length of extrusion will require a small gap to allow for expansion and contraction during the building environment temperature changes. The system is therefore a ventilated fa ade and as such can be utilised on your fa ade with other ventilated fa ade materials such as terracotta s and ceramics.
