Cembrit Windstopper Extreme - Sheathing Board with Exposure and Fire Resistance

Cembrit Windstopper Extreme is a breathable sheathing board with a 60/60 fire rating. The board's composition is designed to absorb and release moisture without affecting the durability, strength or performance of the board. Windstopper Extreme is available in 2 thicknesses 9mm and 4.5mm. Lightweight 4.5mm can be scored and snapped making for rapid, dust-free installation and is ideal as a temporary cladding.
Both thicknesses provide good acoustic insulation. Specially designed sealing tape (with 12 month UV stability) seals joints and edges providing complete weatherproofing of the building. When installed according to Cembrit installation instructions, Cembrit Windstopper Extreme will function as a temporary facade for up to 12 months.
