The rectangular, double-ended Elysia is the most distinctive of all Cabuchon s free standing baths. It boasts an elegant bowed front, angled sides and a shallow seat at each end for the last word in bathing comfort. It is available in two versions. One has plain rims and the other has a tap/faucet deck on the rear rim.
It is a fact often ignored by conventional bath makers that a seated bather is more comfortable if the feet are lower than the rest of the body, so the Elysia is specially shaped to incorporate a shallow seat at either end, each with a comfortable curved back and head rest. The seats form an integral, seamless part of the base of the bath and measure just 25mm / approx. 1 in height. The additional comfort they afford is remarkable.
Another notable feature of the Elysia double-ended bath is that it has a different shaped front and rear. The front face has a shallow curve and the back is 10mm (approx. one third of an inch) higher than the front.
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that Cabuchon Bathforms is consulted before specifying.
