Spanish Granite

BBS supply granite from many countries around the world, however Spain was one of the first countries to export to the UK in real volumes for the landscape
market about 20 years ago. The volume of granite sourced from Spain has reduced with the introduction of Chinese granite to the UK marked but it remains an important part of BBS s product offer as orders can be delivered in much shorter period of time due to quicker manufacturing and shipping arrangements.

This along with some beautiful unique material makes Spanish granite an attractive option.

Granite is nearly always massive (lacking internal structures), hard and tough, and therefore it has gained widespread use as a construction Stone. The average
density of granite is 2.75 g/cm3 and its viscosity at standard temperature and pressure is ~4.5 1019 Pa s [1] .
