Nekkar Shelter

The Nekkar modular Shelter is made up of a central 159mm tubular steel support with 370x370x10mm base plate with 4 reinforcing ribs. At the top of the central support, a primary cast aluminium coupling G-Al.Si.7 is inserted, from which the four 76mm tube roof support arms radiate. The roof structure is made up of a 60x60mm tubular edging and a support frame in 60x60mm and 40x40mm tube. The whole structure is hot zinced (in accordance with the relevant UNI standards) and polyester powder coated, and is closed off at the top and bottom 4+4 A42 P1000 G4 type corrugated sheet plates. On request, the structure can be designed to accommodate a set of six solar panels, 225 Wp each, giving a total power rating of 1.35 kW. In this case, the corrugated steel cladding will only be present on the underside of the roof.
