Dustinman Playground Bin

The structure of the Dustinman Playground Bin is made up of 80x60mm, laser-cut and shaped, tubular steel. The arms are 50x50mm laser-cut and shaped tube, with cast aluminium ends. The whole structure is wrapped in two 30x6mm shaped steel plates which support the bin, the bin is a 300mm cylindrical container with a 35 litre capacity. A ring to hold waste sacks is provided, together with a slam lock closing mechanism, all in 10/10mm zinced sheet. The head is actually a used battery collector and is made of two 1.5mm thick steel hemispheres, fixed together with a special hinge. All parts are zinc primer and polyester powder coated.
