Atena Shelter

The Atena Shelter is made up of two 120 x 10mm tubular load-bearing columns with 20mm thick 300 x 300 mm base plates. The monolithic roof is formed from two horizontal 100x3 mm tubular ledges upon which seven 12mm thick steel elements are welded, suitably shaped and folded so as to support the 5+5 mm tempered safety glass with suitable gaskets. The shelter is installed onto a reinforced concrete plinth, at finished surface level. The rear and side glass panels are 12mm thick tempered safety glass, fixed to the roof structure and to the lower supports with special clamps. The bench supports are 15mm thick laser shaped steel sheet with 20mm thick, 300 x 300 mm, base plate. All metal parts are galvanised and then polyester powder coated in a corten colour. All fixings are stainless steel. The shelter can be supplied, on request, with lighting.
