A recent innovation has been to develop a long span cassette for the retail market, incorporating one way breather membrane, insulation and including both internal and external treatments factory installed to assist speed of installation, B & K Structures can provide these currently with U-values to suit our clients requirement.
With dimensions achieved to date of units up to 18m long or alternatively 4m wide and installed at the same time as the main structural frame to accelerate the build programme. Internal finish pre-installed in the factory could be a traditional Steel liner sheet, or a spruce board, or we can review to suit your projects requirements, with a Single ply membrane being pre installed in the factory to the outer face which is then joined and finished on site.
