AyrFrame is a unique lightweight high strength modular Steel building system for fast track construction projects including multi-rise applications. AyrFrame volumetric buildings can usually be designed as freestanding structures eliminating heavy hot-rolled steel or concrete frames. Individual rooms are delivered to site as fully fitted modules, ready to be craned into position immediately. All plumbing and electrics can be included, and the system can be matched to specific project requirements for thermal, fire and acoustic performance by attaching suitable finishes. The system is particularly appropriate for repetitive cellular buildings such as hospitals, Hotels, nursing homes and apartment buildings. Structures up to 20 storeys high have been designed in accordance with current UK codes of structural practice.
