Trueline Pressed Aluminium Wall Coping

Aluminium copings have become the widely accepted alternative to stone copings and are now a first choice owing to their lightweight, corrosion resistant, low maintenance and aesthetically pleasing characteristics.

The ARP Trueline pressed aluminium range includes fascia, soffit, copings, caping and any other bespoke profile required. The components are made using a combination of processes that, depending on the profile available, may include pressing, folding, curving and welding.

Due to the bespoke nature of this system, ARP are happy to assist with site measures, CAD design drawings and any other technical assistance that may be required. Once a project is agreed we will produce drawings that will ensure the correct items are made and assist with the layouts for installation.

All aluminium products supplied by ARP are supplied either in mill finish, ready for on-site decoration, or Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) to any BS or RAL colour on our own advanced finishing plant and every item is inspected prior to shipment to site.

Properties

Made from 1050AH14 grade aluminium sheet to BS2997 (EN612) with thickness determined by wall width,

Up to 450mm 2mm sheet

450mm + 3mm sheet

Downward pointing legs are manufactured 75mm long with 15mm drip return as standard but alternative dimensions available.

Radius coping - True or faceted radius available.

Available Mill Finished (uncoated) or coated on ARP’s in-house Polyester Powder Coating line to clients choice of RAL or BS standard colours.

Functional Life Expectancy:

ARP qualifies that when installed correctly and maintained in accordance with its product guidelines and O&M procedure, its products are designed to give a minimum effective functional life expectancy of 30 years.
