Pressed aluminium gutters are a fantastic option for new build and refurbishment applications due to their smooth lines, clean appearance and robust properties.
Due to the fully bespoke manufacturing process, ultimate design flexibility and purpose-made capacities can be achieved. The internal fixed Joggle Joint, to one end, combined with the long available lengths makes this system easier to fit than floating joint methods and can reduce future maintenance requirements.
The system is ready for connection on to circular downpipes, square downpipes, rectangular downpipes or security downpipes.
All aluminium products supplied by ARP are supplied either in mill finish, ready for on-site decoration, or Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) to any BS or RAL colour on our own advanced finishing plant and every item is inspected prior to shipment to site.
Properties
Supplied Mill Finished (uncoated) or coated on ARP’s in-house Polyester Powder Coating line to clients choice of RAL or BS standard colours.
Jointing
This gutter is manufactured with ARP’s integral Joggle Joint. This creates one fixed/sealed side that then is laid over the next length and bonded with a quality low modular sealant, such as Arbosil 1096 sealant. A bolt and nut is then secured through each side to hold in place, allowing for thermal movement.
For step by step instructions please refer to ARP product installation guide.
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that ARP Ltd is consulted before specifying.
