Using a unique biofibrous peat filter media, the Puraflo system has proven itself for over 25 years in a large number of residential and light commercial applications, as well as sites subject to intermittent use or existing sites needing repairs or upgrades.

Anua s Puraflo system is as adaptable as it is effective. It can be installed above or below ground, as a new unit or placed with an existing septic tank.

As wastewater passes into the septic tank, the solids settle and liquid effluent flows by gravity into a pump chamber through an outlet filter. A combination of biological, chemical and physical processes inherent in natural peat treat the wastewater as it filters through the bio-fibrous peat modules.
