SPECIFICATION
The Altecnic range of BA type back flow prevention devices are designed for applications in water distribution systems to prevent back siphonage and backflow in fluid category 4 applications.
The devices consist of an arrangement of water fittings within three pressure zones having different obturators and a dump valve.
When backflow or back pressure conditions occur, the devices provide an atmospheric separation between the wholesome water system and the contaminated fluid.
This series 575 BA type controllable reduced pressure zone backflow preventer is a WRAS approved product.
Maximum pressure at inlet : 16 bar
Maximum working temperature : 65C
