Profloor Micro Deck system provides the high degree of isolation necessary to give significant improvements in the impact sound insulation of both timber and concrete floors. Profloor Micro Deck utilises the dynamic properties of foam technology and the patented edge support strip which prevents fracture of the tongue and grooved joint. It utilises the same foam layout and performs a similar function to Profloor Dynamic Deck. A smaller panel size facilitates installation in confined spaces and, the reduced thickness of only 17mm adds minimal depth to the floor build-up.
Standard: for normal domestic loadings (up to 1.4kN/m2).
Hi - Load: for floors with higher loadings (up to 4.0kN/m2).
Ideal for situations where floor - to - ceiling height is critical (17mm total depth)
Hi-load grade available for areas of excess loading
Deck is moisture resistant MDF
Ideal for both new build and refurbishment
Suitable for both timber and concrete floors
Panels have patented edge support strip which prevents fracture of the tongue and grooved joints
Please note that these product properties are not a replacement for the manufacturer's literature and it is always recommended that A Proctor Group is consulted before specifying.
