Elastaseal Z Series

The Elastaseal Z series offers all the benefits of a polyurethane liquid applied roof system but emits no solvent odour during application. The resulting waterproof membrane can deliver 15, 20 or 25 years of outstanding protection, in only two coats*. We have recently added a 30 year system option to ensure that we can deliver the ultimate, cost-effective, high-performance solution for our clients. The Elastaseal Z series systems are especially useful for buildings where solvent odours would have been prohibitive, such as food, pharmaceutical and beverage manufacturing sites, hospitals, schools, commercial offices and retail units.

When refurbishing an existing roof, the Elastaseal Z systems are applied directly over the current roofing substrate. This brings significant benefit to the client as the building will not be vulnerable during the works (many alternative systems require a full removal of the existing roof membrane, leaving the site open to leaks before the new system is fully operational). When utilising this waterproofing option there is no requirement for waste from the old roof going into landfill.
