Celotex PIR Cavity Wall Insulation

The Celotex CW4000 range are high performance insulation boards for Cavity Walls. It features low emissivity foil facings giving improved thermal insulation performance within cavity air spaces, when compared to typical PIR products. This PIR insulation board is specifically aimed at partial fill cavity wall applications (external walls). They are sized to standard wall tie spacing, extremely easy to install, and can be trimmed to size using a knife or saw.
CW4000 is manufactured from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) and comes in a range of thicknesses from 40-100mm. It is made using a blowing agent that has zero ozone depletion potential (zero ODP) and low global warming potential (GWP).
Celotex CW4000 achieves a BRE green guide rating of A, which is required when trying to demonstrate environmental performance of BREEAM assessments.
