The lift out secondary glazing is a removable secondary glazing panel within its own outer frame that is fixed to the face or reveals the existing primary window. This window utilises removable secondary glazing which allows the window to seal off when not in use. When the window does need access, the secondary glazing unit will lift out.
The integral finger lift bar at the bottom of the panel allows it to be lifted up into the top of the secondary window outer frame and then swung inwards to facilitate removal.
If fire escape (fire egress) is required: opening width or height must be a minimum of 450mm together with a clear openable area of no less than 0.33m².
