Stackdoor Secure achieves LPS 1175, Issue 8 Accreditation
07-05-2019

The Stackdoor Secure has become the first product ever to achieve Issue 8 of LPS 1175, and in the process has become the first security shutter to provide over 50% free open area and security certification.

Designed to maintain airflow and maximise visibility without compromise on security, Stackdoor is an innovative security shutter that stacks rather than rolls.

The Stackdoor Secure has recently been tested by the LPCB to Issue 8 of LPS 1175, and has now been accredited to Security Rating A1 of the standard - click here to view the certificate.

This means the Stackdoor also gains Secured by Design accreditation, meaning it solves the age-old problem of car-park security shutters needing air-flow and SBD accreditation.

The Stackdoor Secure has over 80% free open area, allowing it to meet all air-flow requirements. The Stackdoor Secure also has a self-locking system, meaning no manual locks are needed, and due to the stacking technology has massively reduced head-room requirements.
